Full Transparency: Building a business can be lonely.

130 million people were full time employees in 2019. Only 16 million people were self-employed. There is a difference in mindset that sets the two categories apart. Your friends and family won’t get you and they surly won’t want to listen about your business as much as you think about it.

Joining a group coaching program provides:

  • That team feel you may be missing from your 9 to 5
  • Advocates for your business’s success and personal achievement
  • Opportunity to learn from other business builders’ experiences
  • A safe space to be vulnerable, which is essential to your success.

“I was thrilled to be a part of the Launch Women Business Builder Accelerator.  We started with just an idea and worked through a variety of exercises and tools along with the amazing coaching and tools and all the resources at the WEOC and NIIC, including Sales training with Kelly Ambriole.  The guidance from Leslee and Kelly… I can’t imagine getting as far as I have without them and the support of the cohort.  It is thrilling to all launch our businesses at the same time. ”

— Jennifer Hunter, Gensyn Design

“The WEOC has been instrumental in the development of my organization, fleshing out what I want to do and framing it. They’re very supportive, not just through entrepreneurial education, but by supporting us as women juggling family and work from home needs while we build our businesses.”

— Sonja Scott-Wood, Owner of HRServices and Data Analytics
