To best serve you, we work with area resource partners, like SCORE, Northeast Indiana Small Business Development Center (ISBDC), Community Development Corporation (CDC) of Northeast Indiana, and the U.S. SBA. We also have connections to further resources throughout Indiana. WEOC is an official U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Women’s Business Center – One of only two in the state of Indiana, and strategically located at The NIIC. WEOC is funded, in part, by a cooperative agreement with the
