Event Details

The Pitch Pad workshops strengthen and improve entrepreneurial literacy and action with respect to a critical competency of start-ups and high growth ventures. This training is available to all Hoosier business owners.

This workshop is especially suited entrepreneurs focusing on non-technical, main-street businesses and is limited to 9 participants. Training will focus on the following:

  • Relationship building skills
  • Story telling with focus on creating emotional connections
  • Value-proposition rubric
  • Confronting bias in the pitch process (empowering women to win)
  • Presentation Tips

The OPENS Program is funded in part through PRIME, the Program for Investment in Microentrepreneurs Act, a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small business Administration. |
