Rachel McNeely

Community Coordinator

Rachel joined The NIIC in January 2019 as our Community Coordinator. She can be found working with businesses in both The NIIC and our Emerging Growth Center (EGC) to ensure open communication across our campus.

Rachel comes to us with a background in Criminal Justice and earned her degree through Indiana Wesleyan. With over 21 years of paralegal experience, she also continues her work as an Adjunct Faculty Professor at Ivy Tech in the Paralegal/Legal Studies and Business Office and Technology Departments.

What is it about working at The NIIC that appeals to you?
Having previously owned my own business, I wish I would have known about the NIIC. I feel honored to be a member of an organization that truly wants to see individuals succeed.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I am a fervent Chicago Bears fan, so I always enjoy seeing my favorite team play in Chicago. I also enjoy quilting, as well as spending time with my family (including my 5 dogs).

What do you like to do in the community?
I enjoy being involved with my church, and also serving on the Northeast Indiana Paralegal Association, and serves as the Chair of the Advisory Committee for the Paralegal Program for Ivy Tech.
