KARE: The Right Approach for the Right Customer.
Led by Kelly Ambriole, a certified trainer with Sandler Sales, startup and growth businesses will embark on the four-week workshop series, which began virtually in August. An in-person cohort will begin in January.
Through the program, participants will identify clients and accounts in their portfolio they want to keep, attain, recapture and expand. The KARE model can help business leaders correctly target their efforts and ensure they are using the correct approach for each customer.
KARE will offer virtual workshops for two cohorts -- Please register for the time slot that best suits your business identity--you must select all the dates for your cohort
- Virtual Cohort for Businesses with less than $100,000 in Sales, Tuesdays, 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., August 25, September 8, September 22, and December 6 - in progress: registration is open for the January 2021 cohort.
- Virtual Cohort for Businesses with $100,000 or More in Sales, Tuesdays, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., August 25, September 8, September 22, and December 6
We ask that you must have a business that is currently serving customers.
Topics of discovery include KARE, ideal client profiles, the behavior cookbook, and worksheets.
